
Sometimes our job takes up a lot of our time especially when we belong to a field that is highly competitive that it is so tiring to even keep up with the pace. These jobs often than not allow us with so little time for our self. Schedules are sometimes too jam-packed that it is often impossible for you to even have a decent meal. And if you are not eating well, how would you be able to keep up with the profession you are into.
How can you give your full efforts when you are close to fainting due to hypoglycemia? Hypoglycemia means your body is deficient in glucose (sugar) which is a form of carbohydrate which is by the way used to give you the required energy you need to last in a day. So if you want to handle all your busy schedules and still retain your personal life and most especially keep your health intact then might as well take in what you can like sugar which can be easily found in candies and other sweets. But if you want an enjoyable experience while recharging then I would suggest sweets like lollipops.
Lollipops are sweets contain the carbohydrates you need in your hectic lifestyle. What more? Since lollipops are made up of sugars, it is a known fact that glucose is the energy source for the brain. So even If without meals if you have lollipops or other sweets with you, your mental processes will not fail you. I can vouch for its effectiveness, since it’s what I always do whenever I don’t have the time to take my meals.
Before I go to work, I always make sure that I got lollipops or candies in my pockets so that when I feel my stomach rumbling I have something to at the least temporarily substitute the meals I should have taken. And I have observed that while I am eating or chewing candies or lollipops I can think more clearly. Sometimes even when I take meals, I still carry around with me lollipops in case I got hungry.
